Military is deployed to enforce the orders.

Everyone has chosen to ignore the orders presented by the government and cases surge. Everyone is out on the streets treating the virus as simply another cold. As the cases rise, the death toll rises with it. Hospitals are running out of capacity and equipment to treat the high volume of patients.

Local officials made the decision to extend the Shelter-In-Place until instructed otherwise. Military and polie have been deployed to ensure the order is followed.
